New Bee provides warranty coverage for eligible products purchased directly from anewbee.com, as outlined below.

 

Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies only to headphones and covers manufacturer defects or quality-related issues under normal use.

90-Day Replacement Warranty

Within 90 days of purchase, products with confirmed quality issues are eligible for a one-time replacement.
Replacement will be provided instead of repair.

 

3-Year Limited Warranty (No Replacement)

From day 91 up to 3 years from the purchase date, products with confirmed quality issues are covered under a limited warranty.

During this period:

  • Replacement service is not provided
  • Warranty support may include troubleshooting, technical assistance, or other solutions at New Bee’s discretion

New Bee does not guarantee replacement or return during the 3-year warranty period.

 

Warranty Conditions

Warranty coverage is limited to non-human-caused quality issues.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage, drops, impact, or liquid damage
  • Misuse, negligence, or improper operation
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Unauthorized modification or repair

Products showing signs of abuse or non-standard use will be ineligible for warranty service.

 

Exclusions

The following are not covered under this warranty:

Accessories (including headphone stands, cables, and other non-headphone items)

Free gifts, promotional items, or prize products

Products without valid proof of purchase

This warranty is valid only for purchases made directly from anewbee.com.
Products purchased from third-party sellers or platforms are not eligible.

All claims are subject to inspection and approval by New Bee.

 

Replacement & Warranty Support

  • Replacement applies only within the first 90 days
  • Replacement does not extend the original warranty period
  • If a product is discontinued during the replacement period, New Bee may offer a comparable product
  • Shipping for approved replacements (within 90 days) will be covered by New Bee

 

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, New Bee is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
