I love how little I have to charge it. It carries a charge for quite some time. It's great. It fits well in my ear. The only drawback is that it occasionally falls out, partly to do with putting on, and taking off, the mask. The sound quality is good. Phone calls could be a little louder. I wish it cupped my ear a little bit firmer. Maybe I'll try the larger ear insert. I tried it before and it hurt my ear it seemed. It has a tendency to fight for the Bluetooth connection against the Prius I drive. Sometimes it will pull it out of car audio mode and switch to headset.

I have small ear canals. This fits perfectly and never comes out accidentally. Ive tried many like this and they were all too big. This has a hook that is made to keep it in. I absolutely love this. It was a ton cheaper than the LG I had that had a terrible mic. I had to use my speaker every time I got a call. Also this has a 3 year warranty and not 1! It’s a total win. Anyone I speak to can hear me!! Also I can click to the call and when the call is done it goes right back to my audible book. I would absolutely recommend this product!
